Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 

  • What do you think about when you hear the word rest?
  • Journal about how you can find rest and comfort in Jesus this week. 
  • Journal about a challenge you are currently facing and how that leaves you feeling. Share your thoughts in prayer to Jesus.
  • Journal about if you trust the Lord. Next think about if you do put your trust in God does your actions reflect that.
